For over 40 years, I built software for others—but I always dreamed of building something for myself.
While I found success in my career and fulfilled my responsibility to provide for my family, I knew there was more. That knowing sparked years of personal development and professional growth, ultimately leading me to a powerful realization: I wasn't alone in this longing.
Men in our phase of life—the second act—need more than motivation. We need clarity, direction, and a framework to turn decades of experience into something meaningful for what comes next.
That insight drove me to create Legacy by Design, my life coaching practice, and The Freedom Foundry—a community and resource hub where men 50+ can crystallize their vision and create a lasting legacy. Through my ENVISION framework, I help men shape their next chapter with purpose and confidence, designing a legacy they can be proud of.
